I was in the middle of what some would call a "quarter-life crisis". I’ve always had a way with words, and have always been the person who could turn “meh” to “wow” with a sentence or two. But back then, I kept those skills tucked away like a candy bar I was saving for some momentous occasion.
Then one day, after scrolling through the inspiring (and dare I say performative?) pages of LinkedIn, I decided I wanted to eat that candy bar.
With immediate effect.
I clicked open a new Word document and drafted my first freelance pitch, crippling self-doubt be damned. That single leap of faith launched me into a writing and branding career I have been building for years, learning how to make words do more than just sit prettily on a page.
